Terms of Use

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of www.yourconnexa.com (the "Platform", "we", "us", "ours").

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, listing yourself, purchasing credits, submitting a request, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • all information you provide is accurate and not misleading;
  • you have the legal right to provide any contact details, photographs, profile information, or other content you submit;
  • you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate access, refuse listings, or remove content if we reasonably believe a user is under 18 or has provided false age information.

3. What the Platform Does

The Platform is a contact-request service.

The Platform allows:

  • certain users to create listings and choose whether to approve incoming requests; and
  • other users to submit requests to contact a listed person, either through an account-based credit system or through a no-account request flow.

The Platform does not guarantee:

  • that any listed person will accept a request;
  • that any accepted request will lead to a reply, ongoing communication, date, meeting, or any offline outcome;
  • the truth, quality, legality, safety, identity, availability, conduct, or intentions of any user.

The Platform is not a matchmaking, relationship, escorting, adult-services, agency, booking, or offline-arrangements service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Platform to:

  • advertise, arrange, solicit, offer, request, or facilitate escorting, prostitution, paid sexual services, sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or any similar activity;
  • post or send illegal, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or misleading content;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
  • create fake listings or submit false requests;
  • upload photographs or content you do not own or have permission to use;
  • post intimate, explicit, or sexual (including nudity) content in breach of our rules;
  • collect user data without permission;
  • harass, stalk, intimidate, blackmail, or abuse anyone;
  • use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, block payments, preserve evidence, and report conduct to law enforcement or regulators where appropriate.

5. Listings and User Content

If you create or control a listing, you are responsible for your listing content, including photographs, text, contact preferences, and any other information provided.

You confirm that:

  • your listing content is accurate and not misleading;
  • you own or control the rights needed to upload it;
  • it does not violate any law or third-party rights;
  • it does not breach these Terms or our Community Rules.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, and use your content for operating, protecting, and improving the Platform.

We may reject, remove, edit, de-list, or restrict any listing or content at any time where we reasonably consider it necessary for legal, moderation, safety, technical, or commercial reasons.

6. No-Account Request Flow

Where a visitor is not signed into an account (and decides to use the Platform without being signed into an account):

  • the visitor may submit a request to contact a listed person;
  • payment is taken upfront for the request itself;
  • the visitor may be asked to provide contact details such as an email address, WhatsApp number, Instagram handle, or other contact method;
  • the listed person may approve or reject the request.

6.1 What the visitor is buying

In the no-account flow, the visitor is purchasing the submission and processing of a contact request, not a guaranteed acceptance, reply, match, or offline outcome.

6.2 If the request is accepted

If the listed person accepts the request, the contact outcome will depend on the option selected during the request flow. Depending on the flow:

  • the visitor may receive the listed person's contact details; and/or
  • the listed person may receive the visitor's provided contact details.

6.3 If the request is rejected

If the listed person rejects the request:

  • no cash refund will be issued;
  • no immediate value is returned automatically;
  • if the visitor later creates an eligible account with us, we may credit that account with an equivalent amount of platform credit in accordance with these Terms and our Refund and Credits Policy.

6.4 No guarantee

A paid request may be rejected. The visitor accepts this risk before purchase.

7. Account and Credit Flow

You may create an account using your email address and password, or by signing in through a supported third-party provider (such as Google or Apple). When you use a third-party provider, you authorise us to access certain account information (such as your name and email address) in accordance with that provider's terms. You remain responsible for maintaining the security of your account regardless of the sign-in method used.

Users with an account may purchase platform credits.

7.1 Purchasing credits

Credits may be purchased in bundles or other stated quantities. Purchased credits are subject to any additional pricing, promotional, expiry, or usage terms shown at the point of purchase.

7.2 Using credits for requests

When an account holder submits a request:

  • the relevant number of credits may be placed on hold while the listed person decides whether to approve or reject the request;
  • if the request is accepted, the held credits are deducted;
  • if the request is rejected or not actioned after a given number of days, the held credits are released and are not deducted.

7.3 Accepted request

If a request is accepted, both parties may receive each other's contact details, subject to the selected flow, privacy settings, and profile information.

7.4 Rejected request

If a request is rejected, no deduction is made from the credits placed on hold. The credits are returned back to the account and can be used. No contact details are exchanged.

8. Contact Details and Off-Platform Communication

The core purpose of the Platform is to enable contact exchange where a request is accepted.

By submitting a request, maintaining an account, or approving a request, you understand and agree that:

  • if a request is accepted, the relevant contact details may be disclosed to the other user in accordance with the flow selected and these Terms;
  • once contact details are exchanged, any communication that takes place outside the Platform is outside our control;
  • we are not responsible for off-platform conduct, communications, meetings, payments, or outcomes.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions about whether and how to communicate with another user off-platform.

9. Safety and Reporting

Users can report listings, requests, behaviour, photos, or other concerns through hello@yourconnexa.com.

We may investigate reports, request additional information, remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action we reasonably consider appropriate.

10. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

All prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.

By making a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable pricing, credits, and refund information shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details unless expressly stated.

10.1 No-account purchases

No-account purchases are for the request submission itself. If rejected, there is no cash refund. Any availability of equivalent credit upon later account creation is subject to our policies and verification checks.

10.2 Credits

Credits have no cash value. We may set reasonable rules on minimum purchases, validity, expiry, promotional credits, misuse prevention, chargeback handling, and account abuse.

10.3 Chargebacks and abuse

If a payment is reversed, charged back, disputed, obtained fraudulently, or otherwise invalid, we may suspend or terminate associated access, cancel credits, and recover losses where lawful.

11. Consumer Acknowledgements

By completing a purchase, the user acknowledges that:

  • the Platform provides a digital service;
  • the service begins when the request is submitted or the credits are made available, as applicable;
  • no-account request purchases are for the submission and processing of a request, not for a guaranteed successful connection;
  • where stated at checkout, important limitations on refunds and credits apply.

12. Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity carried out through your account.

You must notify us promptly at hello@yourconnexa.com if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform, remove content, or refuse service at any time where we reasonably believe it is necessary to:

  • protect users, third parties, or the Platform;
  • investigate fraud or abuse;
  • enforce these Terms;
  • comply with legal or regulatory obligations;
  • prevent prohibited or unlawful use.

We may do so with or without prior notice where appropriate.

14. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Platform, excluding user content, belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, distribute, or commercially exploit the Platform except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

15. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Platform will be free from fraud, abuse, or unauthorised activity.

16. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • rejection of requests;
  • failure of users to respond;
  • user-generated content;
  • off-platform conduct or communications;
  • meetings, transactions, arrangements, or disputes between users;
  • indirect or consequential loss.

If we are liable to you, our total liability arising out of a purchase will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant purchase giving rise to the claim, except where the law provides otherwise.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the Platform with a new effective date.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
