Refund and Credits Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how pricing, credits, no-account request payments, and refund outcomes work on www.yourconnexa.com.

2. No-account request purchases

Where a visitor submits a request without an account or without being signed into an account:

  • the payment is taken upfront for the submission and processing of the request;
  • the listed person may accept or reject the request;
  • payment does not buy a guaranteed acceptance or response;
  • payment is for the request itself.

If the request is accepted

If accepted, the request is fulfilled according to the selected flow, which may include disclosure of contact details.

If the request is rejected

If rejected:

  • no cash refund is issued;
  • no immediate repayment is made;
  • if the visitor later creates an eligible account, we may provide equivalent site credit, subject to verification, fraud checks, and these Terms.

3. Account credits

Users with accounts may buy credits.

Credits may be used to submit requests. When a request is submitted:

  • relevant credits may be placed on hold;
  • if accepted, the held credits are deducted;
  • if rejected, the held credits are released back into the account and can be used;
  • if the request is cancelled by the requester, the held credits are released back into the account and can be used.

4. Credit conditions

Unless otherwise stated:

  • credits are non-transferable;
  • credits may not be redeemed for cash;
  • promotional credits may have separate conditions;
  • the cost of credits may change at any time;
  • the amount of credits required to send a connection request or perform any other action on the Platform can change at any time;
  • we may cancel or adjust credits in cases of fraud, error, abuse, chargeback, or breach of Terms.

5. Billing disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@yourconnexa.com with your name, payment reference, date, and description of the issue.

6. Chargebacks and fraud

We may suspend services, accounts, requests, or credits where a payment is reversed, charged back, or suspected to be fraudulent.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time, subject to applicable law.
