Safety, Reporting and Complaints Policy

1. Reporting concerns

If you believe a listing, request, image, account, or user behaviour breaches our rules or raises a safety concern, report it to us at hello@yourconnexa.com.

Please include as much detail as possible, such as:

  • the name or listing involved (and URL);
  • what happened;
  • when it happened;
  • screenshots or evidence where available.

2. Types of issues you should report

Please report any concerns involving:

  • minors or age misrepresentation;
  • trafficking, coercion, exploitation, or paid sexual services;
  • fraud, impersonation, scams, or fake profiles;
  • harassment, threats, stalking, or blackmail;
  • non-consensual images or privacy violations;
  • illegal or prohibited content.

3. What we may do

We may:

  • review the report and relevant account data;
  • remove or restrict content;
  • suspend or terminate users;
  • prevent future access;
  • preserve evidence for legal or regulatory purposes;
  • contact law enforcement or regulators where appropriate.

Where possible, we will provide you with an update, however we may not always be able to update you due to legal and/or privacy reasons.

We aim to review complaints within a reasonable time.
